Quattro is an ensemble of four highly qualified young musicians with extensive performance experience both in Australia and overseas.

The quartet was formed in 1996 and has played for a great variety of musical and entertainment events throughout Victoria. In 1997 Quattro won the Chamber Music section at the Dandenong Eisteddfod and went on from there to entertain at functions for The University of Melbourne and RMIT University, as well as the ASX, Arrows Formula One team, NEC and many private engagements.
Since 2002 the quartet has given regular recitals throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, performing many major works of the string quartet repertoir. All members are alumni of the University of Melbourne. For 10 years Bruce was the leader of the Chamber Strings of Melbourne which regularly tours overseas. Andrew then became the leader with Peter & Jamie as section leaders. All four have now moved on from the Chamber Strings. Bruce & Andrew are members of the Australian Pops Orchestra and all four also play with the string orchestra Corpus Medicum and the Bearbrass Ensemble.
